This Watercraft Inspection Steward Program Coordinator Training Manual was developed, piloted, evaluated and modified in 2016 and 2017. It is a guide to planning and implementing watercraft inspection steward training. New York Sea Grant worked with an Advisory Team in the development of this training manual, and thanks those partners for their contributions and efforts.
